Food is no stranger to PeptoLab, and if the choice is there, fresh market produce delivered to the door is definitely a friend. Mercatus offer this just this and we were thrilled to take on the challenge of designing and developing this website for their newly established business.

Thorough research time was spent working though the practicalities of online shopping. Notoriously this type of shopping is a difficult process for the user - we heard many comments about others sites such as ‘it is ok after you get used to it’. We have upped the ante with Mercatus which is photography rich with sensibly categorised goods - just a simple click to order.

Mercatus also have a nifty ‘shopping basket’ option which, in one quick click, allows you to order produce for singles, couples or families based on a pre-planned menu for the week.
